ORO VALLEY, Ariz. – Fast-casual restaurant franchise, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, recently started construction on N. Oracle Road in front of Basis Charter School. The restaurant is slated to open in the spring and marks a fourth Greater-Tucson location for Freddy’s.
“The Oro Valley retail corridor along Oracle Road is a popular, family-friendly area and a great match for Freddy’s,” said Brad Williams, franchise owner. “We’re a convenient dining option if you’re looking to grab a quick bite to eat on the way home from school, and we also provide a relaxed environment where large groups of friends and families can comfortably enjoy a meal and a frozen custard treat.”
The 3,654 square-foot location will seat 100 guests and will have additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service will also be available.
Menu items will include lean ground beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh several times throughout the day. Other area locations for Freddy’s include E. Old Vail Road near S. Houghton Road, the southwest corner of E. Broadway Boulevard and S. Kolb Road, and in Marana on the southwest corner of W. Orange Grove Road and W. River Road.
