Back when we first stumbled across Finneytown, we drove by this place called Freddy’s Frozen Custard &Steakburgers. I had never heard of Freddy’s Steakburgers before. But apparently, it’s a chain founded in Wichita, Kansas in 2002 with over 300 locations. Who knew? It wouldn’t have really stood out to me except for the giant PATTY MELTS on the side of the building. And I really love patty melts. Genifer said that someday when we were in Finneytown again, we could stop and check Freddy’s out and someday turned out to be today…
Genifer ordered a cheeseburger…And of course, I ordered a patty melt…It was really good stuff! Their patty melt was delicious and I loved their famous jalapeno fry sauce. Afterwards, we shared a Dirt ’n Worms mini concrete with Freddy’s creamy vanilla custard, Oreo cookies, gummi worms, topped whipped cream and a cherry. It was also really good.
