LAKEVILLE, Minn. – Fast-casual restaurant concept, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, opens Tuesday, Feb. 27, at 16076 Pilot Knob Rd. in front of HyVee. The opening joins two other Freddy’s locations in Savage and Maple Grove.
“This will be our third location in the Minneapolis metro, and we have additional sites planned for the area in the future,” said Paul Bruggeman, franchise owner. “Starting with our newest addition in Lakeville, we hope to achieve a closer presence to many of our local fans in the area, as well as reach those who haven’t yet visited Freddy’s.”
The 3,000 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 85 guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Freddy’s is known for its signature lean ground-beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh several times throughout the day in each restaurant.
