CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Fast-casual restaurant franchise, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, makes its Clarksville debut on Tuesday, August 29, at 2100 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. across from Walgreen’s. The opening marks a fifth location for Freddy’s in Tennessee.

“Freddy’s is a better burger restaurant,” said Todd Whitchurch, franchise operator. “We provide high quality, cooked-to-order menu items in a fun and comfortable environment. When you walk in, you can expect a warm greeting, and you’ll experience genuine hospitality the ‘Freddy’s Way.’ Our menu is customizable and many of our regular guests enjoy crafting the perfect dish of custard with their favorite toppings.”

The 3,300 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 120 guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Freddy’s is known for its lean ground beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and crispy shoestring fries, as well as a variety of dessert treats made with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh throughout each day.

“Guests will notice the walls of the restaurant are decorated with genuine photos of 92-year old co-founder Freddy Simon, who served in World War II,” said Whitchurch. “The pictures follow him from infancy and adolescent years to his time in the service and post-war era family life. We invite you to walk around and read about his story while you’re waiting on an order, or if you have time after a meal.”
