TYLER, Texas – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers® opens Monday, July 23, at 7707 S. Broadway in front of Kohl’s. Freddy’s is known for its signature lean, ground beef steakburgers, Vienna® Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as frozen custard treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is freshly churned several times throughout the day in each restaurant.
“At Freddy’s, we provide high quality, cooked-to-order menu items in a fun and comfortable environment,” said Ron Oberg, franchise owner. “We look forward to be a convenient dining option for shoppers in the area, as well as for those nearby movie goers at AMC Classic 14.”
The 3,925 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 114 Guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. Hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
“Guests often ask about our most popular menu item,” said Oberg. “Our Original Double combo meal comes with two steakburger patties pressed thin on a flat top grill and sprinkled with our famous seasoning. We top the patties with two slices of cheese, mustard, pickle planks and onion slices on a toasted bun and serve it with a heaping portion our shoestring fries and a drink.”
