SHAWNEE, Okla. – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers makes its Shawnee debut on Tuesday, April 25, at 4520 Marketplace Blvd. in Shawnee Marketplace. The fast-casual restaurant concept is best known for its lean ground beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and crispy shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard.
“We broke ground this winter with hopes that we’d open in early summer,” said Bob Rasberry, franchise owner. “We’re grateful for all of the hard work that was put in to keep us on track to open this spring, and we look forward to joining the Marketplace retail development.”
The 3,360 square-foot, end-cap location seats 99 guests. Drive-thru service will also be available. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
