LARAMIE, Wyo. – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers®, a fast-casual restaurant concept, opens Tuesday, Dec. 11, at 3225 E. Grand Ave. It marks the first Freddy’s restaurant in Wyoming. Freddy’s is known for its cooked-to-order steakburgers made with lean 100 percent ground beef, Vienna® Beef hot dogs, crispy shoestring fries and frozen custard treats made with freshly churned chocolate or vanilla frozen custard.

“Freddy’s is a family-friendly concept,” said Mark Siffring, franchise owner. “Our team works hard to provide a comfortable environment in the restaurant by focusing on cleanliness and quality service. Menu items are cooked to order, and you can grab a quick bite to eat, or relax and enjoy a fresh meal and dessert treat with family and friends.”

The 2,700 square-foot, end-cap restaurant seats 76 guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. Hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

“First-time guests often ask, ‘What makes a Freddy’s steakburger special?’,” said Siffring. “Every burger is cooked to order. We start with lean 100 percent ground beef, sprinkle on our famous seasoning, press the patty thin and sear on a flat-top grill until the edges are deliciously crispy. We regularly recommend the Original Double, which comes standard with two patties, two slices of cheese, mustard, onion slices and pickle planks.”
