ST. LOUIS – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers opens two new locations in the St. Louis metro area on Tuesday, Jan. 30. A restaurant in Collinsville, IL is opening at 301 N. Freddy’s is known for its signature lean ground-beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh several times throughout the day.

“As we continue our growth throughout the St. Louis metro, our focus will always remain on quality food and friendly service,” said Randy Simon, President and CEO. “We’ll strive to provide Collinsville and O’Fallon with the same level of hospitality and high-quality menu items that guests of our other area restaurants have come to expect from us.”

The 2,590 square-foot, freestanding restaurant in Collinsville seats 80 guests and has additional seating on the patio. The 3,706 square-foot, freestanding restaurant in O’Fallon seats 100 guests. Drive-thru service is also available at both locations. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

“The opening in O’Fallon joins our franchise locations in St. Peters and Cottleville as the third Freddy’s restaurant in the western St. Louis area,” said Eric Cole, franchise owner. “We’ve enjoyed getting to know the community through these locations and look forward to expanding our family-friendly concept.”

The fast-casual restaurant concept currently operates five locations in the St. Louis metro. Freddy’s plans to continue its growth in the area and across the country. For more information on franchise development opportunities, visit https://dev.freddysusa.com/franchising/.
