CONCORD – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers opened its second Concord location on today, Thursday, June 22, at 1295 Concord Pkwy N. across from Carolinas HealthCare Systems NorthEast.
The fast-casual restaurant made its Charlotte area debut in 2015 with a location near Concord Mills. To date, Freddy’s has nearly 10 restaurants open across North Carolina with additional locations planned for Durham and Jacksonville this fall.
Several people got a sneak peek at the new Freddy’s in a special event that benefited the Boys & Girls Club of Cabarrus County Wednesday.
“The Concord Parkway retail corridor is a great fit for our second area location,” said Dave Dreiling, franchise owner. “We’re a convenient dining option for shoppers coming from Carolina Mall, as well as for residents in the surrounding neighborhoods. We look forward to serving the area.”
The 3,500 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 112 guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. The new restaurant will serve guests Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
