Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers opened its doors this week at its newest location, 1302 Wilmington Pike (across from Penn Oaks Golf Club). The opening marks the second Pennsylvania location for the fast-casual restaurant concept, which made its area debut in 2012 when it opened in Broomall.
“The Wilmington Pike retail corridor is a family-friendly area that we felt was a great fit for Freddy’s,” said Steve DiMarco, franchise owner. “You’ll find that our team members truly enjoy putting in the extra effort to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests with fast, friendly service and genuine hospitality.”
The 3,200-square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 100 guests. Drive-thru service is also available. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m.–10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m.–11 p.m.
Freddy’s is known for its lean ground beef steakburgers, Vienna beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with premium chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is freshly churned throughout the day.
