Clarksville’s first-ever location of the fast food chain, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, states both through signage and social media that it opens for business Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.
The restaurant was in final stages of employee training Monday at its newly-built 2100 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. store.
The Leaf-Chronicle first announced in April that Clarksville will be introduced to the Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers chain, situated on the northeast corner of Wilma Rudolph and Trenton Road.
The fast-casual restaurant will offer a menu of “lean ground-beef steakburgers,” said the company. Other specialties include Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is “churned fresh throughout the day.”
