EAGLE, Idaho – Freddy’s opens its newest Boise metro market location on Tuesday, August 9, at 2864 E. State St. NE, in Eagle. It is the fifth area restaurant for the Wichita, Kan.-based franchised concept, which also has locations in Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian, and Southeast Boise.
“Freddy’s offers cooked-to-order, quality food, served in a comfortable, family-friendly environment,” said Brad Williams, franchise owner. “If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat, we’ll get you in and out in no time, but also, Freddy’s is a place where you can push the tables together, relax, and have a nice meal with a large group of family and friends.”
Menu items include lean ground beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs, and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is freshly churned throughout each day. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
“A staple menu item is the Original Double,” said Williams. “We top two thinly-pressed patties with two slices of melting cheese, mustard, onion slices, and pickle planks, all on a toasted bun. Side options include our signature shoestring fries, onion rings, and also our new and popular fried pickles.”
