LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Growth continues to heat up for Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. The chain recently broke ground on the southwest corner of Chenal Parkway and South Bowman Road, in front of Walmart. Slated for a late summer opening, it is the second Little Rock metro site for the fast-casual restaurant franchise, following a location at 4305 E McCain Blvd in North Little Rock opening later this month.

“The Chenal Parkway corridor is a continuously-growing area, frequently visited by those traveling along I-430,” said Paul Hoover, franchise owner. “We look forward to bringing Freddy’s closer to the western Little Rock market, as well as to North Little Rock in just a few short weeks.”

The 2,800 square-foot, free-standing restaurant will seat 100 guests and will have additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service will also be available. Freddy’s serves a menu of lean ground-beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh throughout the day.

“As a ‘better-burger’ restaurant, we use only the highest quality ingredients,” said Hoover. “We also cook-to-order, meaning our food is cooked only after a guest has placed their order, and served fresh within minutes. It’s this fast, friendly service combined with our focus on genuine hospitality and restaurant cleanliness that brings guests back time and time again.”
