PARKER, Colo. – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers recently broke ground on Cottonwood Drive near Costco and Boondocks Food & Fun. The fast-casual restaurant is slated to open in the spring and joins a string of Freddy’s locations around the greater Denver metro that have opened over the last few years, including a location a 11140 S. Twenty Mile Rd. nearby in Parker.

“We’ve enjoyed getting to know guests at our first Parker location and look forward to bringing Freddy’s closer to those in the northern part of town,” said Brian Pyle, franchise operator. “Cottonwood Drive is a fast-growing retail corridor due to the steady flow of traffic through the area on Highway 470. Our hope is to be a popular place for travelers along the highway, as well as families looking for a delicious dinner after a day of fun at Boondocks.”

The 3,550 square-foot, free-standing restaurant will seat 86 guests and will have additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service will also be available. Freddy’s is known for its lean ground-beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh several times throughout the day.

“A consistent restaurant dining experience remains one of our top priorities,” said Pyle. “Many of our guests have standard orders so our team members strive to make sure that no matter what part off the city you are in, you can always count on your Freddy’s favorites to deliver the same great taste.”
