A fast-food restaurant specializing in frozen custard, vienna beef hot dogs and lean ground-beef steakburgers is set to open its first location in Macon on Tuesday.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers at 6239 Zebulon Road will be the restaurant’s second Middle Georgia location.
“We made our area debut in Kathleen last year,” Ray Yarbrough, franchise owner, said in a news release Monday. “That location has gradually become a local go-to for a quick bite to eat and serves as a great place for friends and family to meet up, relax and enjoy a quality meal together.”
The 3,000 square-foot, freestanding restaurant has a drive-thru and seats 95 guests not including patio seating. Freddy’s is open Sunday-Thursday from 10:30 a.m.- 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m.- 11 p.m.
