LAS VEGAS – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers recently began site work on its newest Las Vegas valley location. The restaurant is located at 4675 W. Charleston Blvd., in the Westland Fair retail development anchored by Lowe’s and Walmart, and is expected to open later this winter.

“Residents of northern and central Las Vegas will no longer need to travel to the southern-metro market for Freddy’s,” said Curtis Beat, franchise operator. “The West Charleston Boulevard retail corridor is minutes from I-15 and is proximal to many family-friendly retail establishments and residential areas. It’s a great neighborhood for Freddy’s.”

The 3,020 square-foot, free-standing location will seat 86 guests, with additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service will also be available. Menu items include lean ground-beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh several times throughout the day.

“When guests visit Freddy’s for the first time, many are interested to learn about our steakburgers,” said Beat. “Every Freddy’s steakburger starts with lean ground beef that we press thin on a flat grill and sear until the edges are deliciously crispy. Because the patties are thin, we recommend the Original Double—our most popular menu item—which comes with two patties, two slices of cheese, and a few fresh toppings, all on a toasted bun.”
