GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers opens its newest area location on Tuesday, Jan. 23, at 6006 28th St SE near Walmart. The opening marks a third Freddy’s in Grand Rapids, joining a northeast location at 3777 Plainfield Ave. and a west-side location at 25 Lake Michigan Dr.
“Making Freddy’s a more convenient dining option for our Grand Rapids area guests continues to be a priority,” said Joe Reber, franchise owner. “Our hope is that wherever you are in the city, a quality meal and dessert treat from Freddy’s will be just a short drive away.”
The 3,476 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 99 guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Freddy’s is known for its signature lean ground beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and crispy shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh several times throughout each day.
