ST. ROBERT, Mo. – Fast-casual restaurant franchise, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, is currently under construction at 180 Old Rte. 66. The retro-style restaurant concept serves lean ground beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and crispy shoestring fries, as well as an assortment of dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is freshly churned several times throughout each day.
“St. Robert is a great fit for Freddy’s,” said Eric Cole, franchise owner. “The I-44 and Missouri Ave. retail corridor is a thriving area for local business and we’re thrilled to be among the new development.”
The 3,543 square-foot, freestanding location will seat 100 guests, with additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service will also be available.
“If you’ve never tasted a Freddy’s steakburger, you’re in for a treat,” said Cole. “A fan favorite is the Original Double combo meal, which comes with two thinly pressed steakburger patties that we sear on a flat grill and top with Freddy’s famous seasoning. We add a few fresh toppings and serve it all on a toasted bun, alongside a heaping portion of our shoestring fries.”
