BOISE, Idaho – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers opens its newest Boise location on Tuesday, May 17, at 2143 Broadway Ave., across from the Broadway Park shopping center. It will be the restaurant concept’s fourth Boise area location. A fifth site is currently under construction in Eagle at 2800 E. State St. NE, and it is slated to open later this summer.
“Freddy’s is a fast-casual restaurant, but with a few perks of a full-service restaurant,” said Brad Williams, franchise owner and operator. “Initially, guests pick up their food from the counter and take it back to their seat, but we’ll almost always have a team member walking around the restaurant providing table service throughout your visit.”
The 3,400 square-foot, free-standing restaurant seats 100 guests, with additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. Menu items include steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as an assortment of dessert treats prepared with a choice of freshly-churned chocolate or vanilla frozen custard. Restaurant hours are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
“We’ve joined a strong retail corridor situated near family-friendly residential areas,” said Williams. “It’s a thriving neighborhood and we look forward to serving local residents and area shoppers.”
