OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. – Fast-casual restaurant concept, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, opens in Olive Branch on Tuesday, Oct. 24, at 8115 Camp Creek Rd. in the Camp Creek Shopping Center near Walmart. Freddy’s is known for its menu of lean ground-beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh throughout the day.
“We opened our first Memphis-area Freddy’s location earlier this year in Cordova and we’re grateful for all of the support we’ve received from the community,” said Tim Heeren, franchise operator. “We look forward to serve Olive Branch with the same high quality, cooked-to-order menu items in a fun and comfortable environment. When you walk in, you can expect a warm greeting, and you’ll experience genuine hospitality the ‘Freddy’s Way.’”
The 2,650 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 90 guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service will also be available. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. This location marks the first Freddy’s in Mississippi, expanding its national footprint to 31 states.
“For our first-time guests, we like to recommend the fan favorite Original Double,” said Heeren. “Our Original Double combo meal comes with two steakburger patties pressed thin on a flat top grill and sprinkled with our famous seasoning. The burger is topped with two slices of cheese, mustard, pickle planks and onion slices on a toasted bun, and served with a heaping portion our shoestring fries and a drink.”
