FORT SMITH, Ark. – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers opens a location in Fort Smith on Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 7719 Rogers Ave. near Kohl’s. The opening marks the fourth location in northwest Arkansas for the fast-casual restaurant concept, following sites in Rogers, Springdale and Fayetteville.
“Guests of Freddy’s can expect to receive quality service and cooked-to-order menu items in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere,” said Paul Hoover, franchise owner. “You’ll find that our team members truly enjoy putting in the extra effort to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests with fast, friendly service and genuine hospitality.”
The 3,700 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 100 guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Freddy’s is known for its lean ground-beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh throughout the day.
“The Freddy’s Original Double combo meal is a guest favorite,” said Hoover. “Two lean ground beef patties are pressed thin and seared on the flat grill. We top the patties with our famous seasoning, two slices of cheese, mustard, onion slices and pickle planks, all served on a toasted bun with a side of our crispy shoestring fries.”
