GREELEY, Colo. – Fast-casual restaurant concept, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, opens in Greeley on Tuesday, Jan. 9, at 4735 W. 25th St. near Lowe’s. It marks the fifth Freddy’s restaurant in the area following locations in Longmont, Loveland and Timnath.
“Freddy’s is a family-friendly concept with a restaurant atmosphere that hints at retro, reminiscent of the late 1940s and early 1950s,” said Mark Siffring, franchise owner. “Values of unity and quality family time from that post-war era are the foundation of our concept, but we mix in modern day conveniences like digital menu boards to create a dining experience that’s timeless and comfortable for guests of all ages.”
The 3,300 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 98 guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Freddy’s is known for its signature lean ground-beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh several times throughout the day.
“We are thrilled to expand Freddy’s into Greeley,” said Siffring. “It’s a great location with proximity to Highway 34 and Centerplace of Greeley. We’ll strive to provide the same level of hospitality and high-quality menu items that guests of our other area restaurants have come to expect from us.”
