HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers opens its third location in the Triangle on Saturday, Sept. 17, at 221 Grand Hill Place in the new Holly Springs Towne Center. The fast-casual restaurant concept is known for its lean ground beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh several times throughout the day.

“Whether you’re looking for a quick bite to eat, or a place for family and friends to gather and celebrate a birthday or sports team victory, Freddy’s can accommodate,” said Dave Dreiling, franchise owner. “Our menu items are cooked to order, and our team strives to serve your meal hot and fresh within minutes; the duration of your visit is completely up to you.”

The 3,566-square-foot franchise restaurant seats 100 guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

“Every Freddy’s double steakburger starts with two premium, lean ground beef patties that we press thin, sear on a flat grill and sprinkle with our signature seasoning,” said Dreiling. “The Original Double comes standard with two slices of cheese, mustard, onion slices and pickle planks. Additionally, we have a Double Steakburger – California Style that comes standard with lettuce, tomato, two slices of cheese, a full slice of onion, and our signature Freddy’s Sauce. We’re also happy to customize an order for any guest who’d like to create their own combination of toppings on any Freddy’s steakburger, hot dog, or chicken sandwich.”
