BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers®, a fast-casual restaurant concept, opens its fourth Minneapolis area location Tuesday, Feb. 5, at 9901 Xenia Ave. Freddy’s is known for its cooked-to-order steakburgers made with lean 100 percent ground beef, Vienna® Beef hot dogs, crispy shoestring fries and frozen custard treats made with freshly churned chocolate or vanilla frozen custard.

“The restaurant has an open-kitchen concept so guests can watch kitchen staff prepare the meals,” said Paul Bruggeman, franchise operator. “It’s a fun way for our guests to get a view of the choreography that goes on in our kitchen as their food is started after they order and still comes out hot and fresh within minutes.”

The 3,540 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 110 guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. Hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

“We enjoy educating first-time Freddy’s guests on the menu and concept,” said Bruggeman. “And then, when they begin to frequent Freddy’s, we go from remembering faces to remembering orders; it’s a personal touch that our guests truly value. We’re delighted to join the Brooklyn Park community, and appreciate the excitement surrounding our opening.”
