COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers®, a fast-casual restaurant concept, opens Tuesday, Nov. 13, at 849 W. Poplar Ave. The opening marks a third Memphis-area location for Freddy’s, joining locations in Cordova and Olive Branch, Mississippi.
“The Poplar Avenue corridor is flourishing with restaurants and retail businesses. We hope to be a convenient dining option for shoppers in the area, as well as for those nearby movie goers at Malco Towne Cinema,” said Tim Heeren, franchise operator. “This will be our third location in the Memphis metro and we have additional sites planned for the area in the future. We truly appreciate the excitement surrounding our expansion.”
The 2,843 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 92 guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. Hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Freddy’s is known for its cooked-to-order steakburgers made with lean 100 percent ground beef, Vienna® Beef hot dogs, crispy shoestring fries and frozen custard treats made with freshly churned chocolate or vanilla frozen custard.
