FRANKLIN, Ind. – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers opens in Franklin on Tuesday, Oct. 31, at 2306 N. Morton St. in front of Meijer. The fast-casual restaurant concept is known for its lean ground-beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and shoestring fries, as well as dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard that is churned fresh throughout the day.

“The steady flow of traffic through the area on the Morton Street retail corridor makes it a great fit for Freddy’s,” said Duncan Savage, operating partner. “Once you’ve had a chance to try our cooked-to-order menu of steakburgers and Vienna Beef hot dogs, we hope guests in Franklin will keep Freddy’s top-of-mind for family dinners and drive-thru convenience.”

The 3,200 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 96 guests and has additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

“We have two popular specialty orders: the Freddy’s Original Double and the Signature Turtle Sundae,” said Savage. “There are a variety of condiments and toppings for our menu items, so we encourage you to customize your orders to your liking and find your own special Freddy’s favorite.”
