OZARK, Mo. – 3Pointe Restaurant Group a franchisee of fast-casual restaurant, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, purchased land in southwest Ozark at 1915 W. Marler Lane. Permitting for the location is underway and the construction timeline is being finalized for an anticipated opening early next year.
“We’re a family-friendly restaurant concept,” said Tim Rheem, Director of Operations for 3PRG. “Ozark is a tight-knit, family-oriented community and we feel it’s the perfect place for a Freddy’s. Our second Springfield location on S. Glenstone is set to open in several weeks and we are currently under way with construction on our third Springfield location.”
Freddy’s restaurants average between 3,200 and 3,500 square feet and typically have indoor seating for roughly 100 individuals, with additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available.
“Every Freddy’s steakburger starts with premium, lean ground beef that we press thin and sear on a flat grill to create crispy, caramelized edges,” said Rheem. “We add a sprinkle of our famous steakburger and fry seasoning, as well as few fresh toppings, and serve on a toasted bun. It’s definitely a craveable burger.”
