Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Frankfort marks restaurant’s third Southland spot

In a little more than a year Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has launched three Southland locations.

Freddy’s in Frankfort opened in December, following a November opening in Homewoodand February 2018’s launch in Orland Park.

“We wanted to try to get the first three relatively close,” said Randy Simon, president and CEO of Freddy’s via phone from Wichita, Kansas, where he was helping his brother Jon Simon, vice president of purchasing, transport furniture from the home of their father and company namesake, Freddy Simon.
